He has testified in both criminal and civil trials and beyond just Orange County where SGI was originally established. He served as the President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners from 2007-2011. He currently serves as a Director-at-Large for the Inland Empire Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. One definition of "forensic accounting" is accounting that is used in a legal setting. For that reason, it falls under the umbrella of litigation support services.
